    • Es gibt mal wieder ein Update:

      PSIO Menu System - Version 1.8, Build 209.

      ===================================
      |~[Recent Changes from 1.7->1.8]~|
      ===================================
      - Added the PlayStation's ROM version information to the 'System Information' window.

      - Improved the way new PSIO cartridges boot with new audio tracks and a smoother flow.
      If you would like to check it out, hold ["START" + "SELECT"] whilst your cartridge is
      booting to reset it to a brand new 'out of the box' state (WARINING: all settings and
      or preferences will be reset).

      - Fixed a major bug in the way PSIO was reset since if the user was attempting to reset
      the options data stored in PSIO's Flash ROM by holding "START" + "SELECT" on boot, some
      early PlayStation mainboards wouldn't even reset because the video mode would be locked
      still and this would actually crash the PlayStation. To fix this, the reset is now done
      before the GPU is setup to avoid crashing the early PU-8 mainboards that support NTSC mode,
      but crash entirely when attempting to enter PAL mode. This is a rare situation where PSIO
      may have been setup on a PAL system and was then later used on an NTSC console, but was
      locked into running in PAL mode which would crash the rare PU-8 mainboard since the system
      only supported NTSC mode, in which case, rendered the customers PSIO cartridge unusable and
      completely unresetable.

    • halte mich immer noch zurück mit PSIO, weil einiges noch nicht rund läuft. Das Thema Vib Ribbon hat mich heiß gemacht, weil es da heißt das Spiel läuft, aber nur mit entsprechendem Mod, weiter nix. Wird wegen Discswap von Spiel auf Audio CD was sein.
    • Mal ein Update mit etwas mehr Fixes:

      • 11/APR/2017 – A new Menu System and ARM firmware are available. This update fixes over 21 software title issues, bringing PSIO’s overall compatibility up to 98.2%...

      Hier ein wenig mehr Info:
      cybdyn-systems.com.au/forum/vi…c.php?f=80&p=12242#p12242

      Leider hat sich aber ein anderer Bug eingeschlichen der zu Fragmentierungsproblemen führt.
      Man sollte daher noch mit dem Update warten.

    • Kann es sein dass das Spiel Driver 1 & Driver 2 mit einem vorigen update ging
      und mit dem neuen update nicht mehr?!
      Der Titel und Vorspann läuft, aber wenn es zum eigentlichen Spiel lädt freezt die Kiste.
      In der Kombatibilitätsliste finde ich Driver nicht das es nicht gehen soll?
      Ich meine es auf dem PSIO schon gespielt zu haben?!
      Kann das jemand bestätigen?

      Muss sagen, auf einer 128GB Karte passt schon einiges an Games drauf.
      Kann es an der SD Karte liegen?

      Ich glaube seit heute gibt es eine neue Firmware?!

      • 11/MAY/2017 – New ARM, FPGA and Menu System firmwares, as well as a new Systems Manual. List of changes available here.

      Edit:
      Also Driver1 geht nach dem update wieder, Driver2 hängt sich schon im PSIO Menü auf und freezt alles??
      Genauso soll ja nach dem update Dino Crisis laufen, hängt aber nach dem Text " Bist du bereit für Dino Crisis...."
      Disruptor will leider auch nicht, wie einige andere...

    • Ich würde die erwähnten Spiele einmal neu auf die SD-Karte kopieren.
      Ggf. mit UltraDefrag prüfen ob eine Fragmentierung vorliegt.

      Edit: Es wurde ein Menu 2.01 nachgereicht.

    • Dino Crisis (PAL und EURO) nutzt LibCrypt. Und LibCrypt funktioniert bei PS-IO nur mit gepatched Images.

      My software freezes!
      • If your software freezes, be sure to try different XA/CDDA patches in the Menu Systems Options screen, and also remember to check whether your game uses LibCrypt and or EDC. You may check that by using REDUMP.org.
      • If you software does use LibCrypt, it must be patched using “PPF O MATIC” patches which may be found here.

      Wieder ein Update:
      2.4.3
      - Fixed the INT clear routines (fixes "Parasite Eve 2" from V2.4.2).
      - Timing re-adjusted (fixes "Gex" and "Driver 2" from V2.4.2).
      • 07/JUNE/2017 – New ARM (V2.4.5) and Menu System (V2.3.0) firmwares. List of changes available here.

      • 02/JUNE/2017 – New ARM (V2.4.4), FPGA (DB12 29/5/2017) and Menu System (V2.2.5) firmwares. List of changes available here.
    • Soweit ich letztens mal gesucht habe leider nein und auch bestellen ist anscheinend im Moment nicht möglich.

      Finde das immer sehr ärgerlich, wenn solch tolle, wenn auch kostspielige Projekte nur eine geringe Auflage haben. Ich hoffe da kommt bald mehr.
